PAIU Annual Conference

The 2026 PAIU Annual Conference serves as the premier yearly event for all 29 of Pennsylvania's intermediate units. This year’s theme - It’s a Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood: Shaping the Future Together - invites participants to step into a collaborative community where compassion and possibility guide our daily work.

This year's theme is a celebration of connection and the collective effort essential for children to thrive. Inspired by Mr. Rogers' call to "look for the helpers," Intermediate Units (IUs) partner with educators, families, and communities across the commonwealth. Our shared goal is to ensure every child has the relationships and resources they need to reach their fullest potential.
