You agree that all data, information, messages, video and images accessed through the ManagedMethods content filter are the responsibility and ownership of the individual from who originated such content. ManagedMethods does not claim ownership of any such content. You are responsible for all content origination.
We may collect information about use of the websites accessed through the ManagedMethods content filter. This information may include the device identifier, type of browser, device operating system and IP address. ManagedMethods may collect user data including, email address and user name, if required by the district administrator to use our services. We may also collect data on our Site and service offering for optimization purposes.
You understand that by using the ManagedMethods content filter, you may be exposed to content that you may find objectionable and offensive, and that you use our offering at your own risk.
Districts have given consent to ManagedMethods to gather data from staff and students. It is the School District’s responsibility to communicate use of ManagedMethods products and obtain any necessary consent from students and their parents/guardians. In addition, the district assumes all liability for use of ManagedMethods products and provides full indemnity to ManagedMethods from any misuse of the data and products.
ManagedMethods uses the following third party service providers:
- Google Cloud Platform – Hosting. Our service runs on Google Cloud Platform, which is COPPA compliant.
- Zendesk – Customer Support. We use Zendesk to publish product updates and user guides, and track customer support activities.
